Brand voice & messaging

Sound like yourselves. Even when five people are writing.

what we’re really solving

The job behind the job

“Friendly, confident, authentic” could describe almost any brand. I want to know what those words mean for yours. What would you say? What would you never say? How does your voice change when someone needs help instead of a sales pitch?

I turn those answers into a practical writing guide, with examples your team can borrow from. The aim is consistency without making every piece of writing identical. A food brand, a skincare brand, and a children's clothing label each need their own vocabulary, rhythm, and way of earning trust.

Best for: Growing teams, rebrands, new brands, and businesses whose website, emails, and social posts sound like different companies.

How it comes together

01

I review your existing writing and talk through the people, beliefs, and audience behind the brand.

02

I explore the voice through actual copy examples so we can judge how it sounds in use.

03

We refine the direction and build the final messaging and writing guide.

Timing & investment

Voice systems from ₹1.2 lakh. Brand voice sprints typically take about 2 weeks. The final quote and schedule depend on the channels and deliverables we agree on.

A few questions

Will this include a new logo or visual identity?

This is the verbal side of your brand: messaging, voice, vocabulary, and writing examples. I can work alongside your designer so the words and visuals make sense together.

We already have brand guidelines. Can you work with them?

Yes. I can review what is useful, find where the guidance becomes too vague, and make it easier to apply to real writing.

Does one voice mean the same tone everywhere?

No. A launch email and a support message have different jobs. The guide shows how to adjust the tone while keeping the underlying personality consistent.
