first, a little context

The project

I wrote website content for aBox Agency across service pages, portfolio narratives, and case studies. The work covered strategy, design, development, and digital growth. My focus was on explaining the agency's work without falling back on generic agency language.

Who I was writing for

Potential clients evaluating web design, development, digital strategy, and the agency's project experience.

where the words had to work

The writing challenge

The writing challenge was to give different services and projects a clear story. Agency copy can make everything sound impressive while leaving the reader unsure what the agency actually does.

How I approached it

I kept the service writing focused on making the offer understandable. Strategy, design, development, and digital growth needed clear explanations that helped a potential client find their way through the agency's work.

For portfolio narratives and case study copy, my focus was on the work and the thinking behind it. Each format needed to explain a project in a way a new reader could follow, rather than repeat the same agency claims.

An agency becomes easier to assess when its writing explains the work as clearly as it presents it.
